“First-class job”

I wanted to say a big THANK YOU to you for arranging the cleaning of my parking area yesterday. Your good man did an absolutely first-class job, and I’m over-the-moon pleased with the result!!! All the moss/lichen/dirt was completely washed away and the parking area now looks spanking as if brand new! I’m grateful for your flexibility in arranging the washing quickly and efficiently when I called up a few days ago.
