Do you need to visit our home/premises? Usually not, on average, 90% of our quotes can be provided on the same day. However, if you are able to upload a recent photo of the area in one of the ‘Request a same day quote’ forms on this website, that would really help us get a prompt quote to you. If you’re job is a bit more complex, then we may organise a convenient time for one of our Account Managers to visit the site.
Do I need to provide my contact number? Ideally yes. Just in case we need to contact you to get some further information. Don’t worry, we won’t be calling trying to sell you home insurance or asking if you’d like to change your energy provider!
Do you have an approx cost per sq mtr pricing structure? In short, no. We like to provide individual and accurate quotes to our customers, and a number of factors are taken into account when providing a quote, not just the size of the area.
Which areas do you cover? We service an ever expanding coverage area including the West Midlands, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire & Gloucestershire. 2019 expansion – now working throughout Leicestershire, Wiltshire & Berkshire.
How long is my quote valid for? Quotes are valid for 7 days.
Do I need to be in on the day of the clean? You are not necessarily required to be present during the clean; if you are not planning to be at the property, then we simply need to know where/have access to the outside water source.
Is there anything I need to do before you arrive? All we ask is that the area is clear of any vehicles, plant pots, ornaments etc prior to our operatives arrival.
What forms of payment do you accept? Payments can be made by credit/debit card, BACS or cheque. Some of our regular customers on our annual cleaning subscription pay monthly by direct debit.
Are you reliable? We like to think so. Our customers usually receive a courtesy text message reminder a few days before their clean. Of course, if there’s something that’s out of our control, then we’ll contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.
