Usually not, on average, 90% of our quotes can be provided on the same day. However, if you are able to upload a recent photo of the area in one of the ‘Request a same day quote’ forms on this website, that would really help us get a prompt quote to you. If you’re job is a bit more complex, then we may organise a convenient time for one of our Account Managers to visit the site.
Ideally yes. Just in case we need to contact you to get some further information. Don’t worry, we won’t be calling trying to sell you home insurance or asking if you’d like to change your energy provider!
In short, no. We like to provide individual and accurate quotes to our customers, and a number of factors are taken into account when providing a quote, not just the size of the area.

Quotes are valid for 7 days.
You are not necessarily required to be present during the clean; if you are not planning to be at the property, then we simply need to know where/have access to the outside water source.
All we ask is that the area is clear of any vehicles, plant pots, ornaments etc prior to our operatives arrival.
Payments can be made by credit/debit card or BACS. Some of our regular customers on our annual cleaning subscription pay monthly by direct debit.
We like to think so. Our customers usually receive a courtesy reminder a few days before their clean. Of course, if there’s something that’s out of our control, then we’ll contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.
